Time Involved in Analytical Report Delivery
Laboratories have different mechanisms for delivering reports. Many use mail services, which may take days to reach the recipient. Other laboratories are using an electronic means of delivery such as a fax, an e-mail or posting to a secured website. It is important for the laboratory to issue detailed reports so that all parties have a good understanding of the analysis results.
