Evidence analysis and processing

The goal of this solicitation is to assist eligible entities in performing DNA analysis on unidentified human remains and/or reference samples collected as part of missing persons investigations and in entering the resulting DNA profiles into the CODIS+mito database of the FBI's National DNA Index System.

This solicitation focuses on development of technologies that result in faster, more robust, more informative, less costly, or less labor-intensive identification, collection, preservation, and/or analysis of biological evidence that has the potential for DNA analysis.
