Efficiency Improvements in Forensic Laboratories

​In this presentation, you will learn some general approaches to efficiency improvements proven to succeed in a crime laboratory environment. Specific examples of these concepts applied to real forensic case workflow in a full service crime laboratory will be presented along with a healthy portion of lessons learned in these pursuits.
