3D Locator System for Law Enforcement -A Navigational Technology With the Ability to Accurately Locate an Officer Within One Meter in Both Horizontal and Vertical Planes Where GPS is Unavailable

Grantee will develop a 3D position location with video transmissions under harsh progagation conditions. Grantee will employ dead-reckoning for location and a Ultrawide Band body area network for ad hoc communication between personnel. Grantee will leverage existing L-3 technology.
