Description

With this solicitation, NIJ, in collaboration with the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), seeks proposals for funding to support and enhance the National Juvenile Justice Data Analysis Program (NJJDAP). The NJJDAP produces vital statistical information to the field regarding juvenile risk behaviors, juvenile victimization, juvenile offending, and the juvenile justice system’s response to law-violating behavior. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with NIJ and OJJDP to make significant advances in the way these data are analyzed and made available through new and innovative dissemination strategies and tools that facilitate access to, and use of, juvenile justice-related data to inform juvenile justice policy and practice at the federal, state, and local levels. NIJ anticipates making one award.
