The goal of the proposed Delaware Opioid Metric Intelligence (DOMI) project is to address the need for timely drug intelligence and community surveillance capabilities required for law enforcement, medical examiners, and other agencies to target current drug markets and assess interventions.
The applicant will build a platform that integrates Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) data with drug-related crimes, drug overdoses, and other drugs and crime indicator data over 2013-2018. DOMI will support a web portal for online queries, and send alerts with maps and other information.
This project contains a research and/or development component, as defined in applicable law," and complies with Part 200 Uniform Requirements - 2 CFR 200.210(a)(14).
