This application proposes to evaluate the effectiveness of a tip line-based intervention, the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (SS-ARS), developed and implemented by the Sandy Hook Promise (SHP) Foundation.
This evaluation will be conducted in a large multi-ethnic, metropolitan school district Miami Dade County (FL). The evaluation will examine the SS-ARS interventions ability to: 1) improve the recognition of mental duress, violent antecedents and other risk behaviors in school communities; and 2) prevent future violent, criminal and other risk behavior among youth.
This project contains a research and/or development component, as defined in the applicable law, and complies with Part 200 Uniform Requirements 2 CFR 200.210(a) (14). CA/NCF
