Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2010, $225,000)
The is a non-competitive grant award to fund the Forum on Global Violence Prevention. The scope of the Forum will be composed of 20 to 25 appointed individuals drawn from a range of US and foreign governmental agencies, international organizations, academia, foundations, and affected industries. During the grant the Forum will convene several public, expert workshops on a range of cross-cutting global violence prevention issues. Proceedings will be summarized in a series of workshop reports. nca/ncf
