This intermediate-level program will be designed to expand investigators' skills in areas such as: sequential processing, light sources and theory, techniques for advanced fingerprint processing, advanced footwear collection and documentation, biological screening, field drug tests, specialized photography and detection techniques for trace evidence. The proposed program will deliver an intensive three- to four-day, hands-on training experience. This project is designed to span 24 months with a goal of instructing up to 256 investigators.
