The University of Southern California will design, implement, and evaluate the operating performance of a prototype system to locate, track and identify people going through a predefined zone, indoors or outdoors through an ultra-high resolution video camera. Images will be processed, building a 3D face model to perform biometric identification. This process may be used for cooperative or non-cooperative individuals.
