Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2005, $350,000)
These funds to the Electronic Crime Prevention and Investigations, LLC are to develop long term mutually beneficial relationships among the criminal justice community, industry, academia and other resource providers to maximize the available resources in the development of solutions to the challenges State and local law enforcement faces in dealing with electronic crime. The ECPI also will make near-term and long-term recommendations to increase the nation's capacity to effectively combat the ever-increasing challenges posed by electronic crime.
