Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2004, $50,000)
The Massachusetts Department of Corrections proposes to organize and manage the NTPAC, which represents 13 correctional agencies throughout the northeast region of the United States. While based in the northeast, the insights gained from NTPAC evaluation of new and emerging technology is applicable to corrections agencies throughout the United States.
