This project funds development and demonstration under operational conditions of an open source records management system based on the Global Justice XML Data Model and non proprietary components. This will provide a cost effective records management solution that any size agency can afford. This will put the practitioner, rather than a vendor, in control, facilitating rapid, innovative adaptation to changes in the practitioner's requirements. This will greatly enhancing collaborative information sharing.
