Sonic Foundry, Inc. will examine a range of law enforcement problems related to media, research their "core" media processing elements, and develop and assemble a baseline set of media analysis software components. These components will form the foundation upon which multiple law enforcement applications related to media may be addressed such as the indexing and cataloging of media, data mining, and surveillance systems.
