Project Summary For 1999-JR-VX-K006
Abt Associate proposes to extend the currectly funded 24 month
national process evaluation of the JAIBG program for an additional two years. This 48 month period will proivde sufficient times for states to fully implement their JAIBG programs, thereby enabling us to do a more complete job of documenting; (a) how the program was administered, (b) how the JAIBG grants were used by state and local recipients, (c) the types of programs funded by JAIBG monies, (d) JAIBG state and local programs access to utilization with training and technical
assistance, (e) practitioners` and policy makers` attitudes about
the JAIBG program, and (f) how states have reponded to JAIBG`S areas of certification.
