Abstract
Research bearing upon court management focuses on court administration and technology, case processing and delay reduction, and court-related law reform. Research pertaining to court-related functions addresses prosecutorial operations, defense services, juries, sentencing, the use of evidence and trial practices, and pretrial release and detention. Research on victims in courts is also cited as is research on alternative dispute resolution methods.
