The deadline to complete and submit your SF-424 and an SF-LLL in Grants.gov has passed. If you have not submitted those forms, you now are unable to apply for an award under this solicitation in JustGrants.

With this solicitation, NIJ seeks proposals for rigorous research and evaluation projects examining the impact of court tools, practices, and policies on the administration of justice and public safety in state, local, and tribal jurisdictions. The two research priorities for this FY2022 solicitation are:

  • Research and evaluation projects examining the impact on the administration of justice and public safety of diversion programs that promote alternatives to incarceration among persons who experience mental health issues.
  • Research and evaluation projects examining the impact of restorative justice strategies on the administration of justice and public safety.
