NIJ is seeking applications for funding to conduct research, development, or evaluation of electronic surveillance technologies for law enforcement applications. Electronic surveillance is a vital crime-fighting tool. Advances in information and communications technology challenge the ability of criminal justice agencies to use this tool effectively.
