The Charles County Sheriff's Office, here on described as CCSO, is dedicated to this effort. This proposal addresses all three of this solicitation's purpose areas. CCSO is dedicated to solving cold cases through DNA. The grantee proposes to review case files and analyze evidence in 72 cases.
