This project will explore the use of liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) assays to study the in vitro metabolism of methadone, buprenorphine and oxycodone. The goal of this project is to better understand metabolism inhibition rates of specific compounds while in the prescence of other drugs.
