The purpose of this proposal is to fund the development of four hour block of instruction for WMD awareness using ADDIE instructional systems design model. The development of a W3C and SCORM compliant web- or CD-based WMD awareness curriculum for forensic scientist personnel that may respond to clan labs, or crime scenes where evidence of WMD interest or production might have previously gone unrecognized.
