The goal of this project is to develop a sample collection system that will allow law enforcement agents to collect, protect, and document biological evidence and will additionally perform initial processing steps in a format compatible with microfluidic DNA analysis. The proposed sample collection system will consist of an evidence collection device and a sample processing cartridge. ca/ncf
