The purpose of AmberView is to develop a comprehensive system that provides and mass broadcasts a digital 3-D image of a missing or abducted child to law enforcement, media and private sector end users via the World Wide Web within minutes of an official Amber Alert. It also suggests such a system be made available to all states to incorporate/adopt as part of their Amber Alert system.
