The County Commissioners of Pennsylvania (CCAP) will evaluate the effectiveness of the County Justice Information Exchange Project (CJIEP) in order to provide other counties with improved means of exchanging critical criminal justice information within the context of the global world in which we live. Thus, the CCAP will evaluate these efforts and test the ability of counties to take the existing architectural and design documents, and develop their own web services for the ability to share critical criminal justice information.
