This project is a continuation of the work that was performed under Sam Houston State University's award 2003-IJ-CX-K105. This funding will be used to complete the following objectives: 1) Developing a simple sample processing method for DNA isolation from bone specimens, and 2) Developing a high-yield DNA isolation method using proteinases for bone specimens.
