Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2006, $49,984)
Polytechnic University proposed to continue their work designing and implementing novel techniques to identify the source of the digital images and video used as legal evidence. Two aspects of the image and video source identification problem are considered. The first aspect concerns the capability to extract a set of features and descriptors that are associated with a class of sources. The second is related to establishing an association with an individual image or video and a potential source.
