These funds to South Carolina Research Authority will provide the systems engineering and integration support for the interoperability effort. The NLECTC-SE major task areas under the CommTech effort for FY05 include the following: outreach and technical assistance, technical support to the R&D program, and management and execution of technology-focused pilot projects. This center serves as a clearinghouse of interoperability information dissemination for the NLECTC Center System.
