This proposal is for Voice Response Translator (VRT) advanced development and testing support. This effort addresses the law enforcement/corrections (LE/C) requirement for effective, eyes-free/hands-free, voice-to-voice (V2V) translation. Program goals are to develop advanced features for the VRT and to provide test articles to NIJ for deployment/testing in LE/C environments overseen by the Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWC-TSD).
