this project will evaluate the effectiveness of Chicago's Domestic Violence Help Line, a 24/7, toll free, multilingual resources providing confidential domestic violence services. The project are to guage how well DVHL addresses the needs of a diverse population of victims,2) assess the effectiveness of outreach aimed at heighting awareness of DVHL; 3) examine the effectiveness of linkong first response and domestics violence services providers; 4) assess the satisfaction and confidence levels services providers to serve the city's diverse communities
