SECURES® Demonstration in Hampton/Newport News, Virginia

This project will provide a six month extension to demonstrate an automated system to identify, locate, and display to police dispatch officers the location of a gunshot incident occurring within the monitored area in near real time. This system should allow police to investigate gunshot incidents at the precise location they occurred without having to rely on bystanders (if any) to point them in the right direction.
