PROJECT SUMMARY FOR 95-JN-CX-C006
The purpose is to provide OJJDP with a resource capable of peforming ì
independent program evaluations and assisting the ì
Agency in implementing an evaluation program to respond to this ì
Congressional authorization.
The contractor will provide various types of assistance to OJJDP ì
such as: determination of evaluation needs of programs, program ì
areas, or projects to assist the agency in determining when to ì
invest its evaluation resources; develop evaluation designs; ì
provide technical assistance with regard to evaluation techniques ì
to other jurisdictions involved in the evaluation of OJJDP ì
programs; provide evaluations based on available data; and when ì
necessary conduct a full-scale evaluation research project.
