Victims of crime

With this solicitation, NIJ seeks applications for rigorous research and evaluation projects in three topical areas: (1) evaluation of programs that provide services for victims of crime; (2) research on supporting victims of community violence; and (3) research on the financial costs of crime victimization.

With this solicitation, NIJ seeks applications for funding high-quality, rigorous, and inclusive evaluations focused on assessing programs, practices, models, or interventions aimed at (1) enhancing engagement with the justice system for women and girls who have been victimized and (2) improving accountability within the criminal justice system from individuals who engage in or perpetrate violence against women and girls.
