A COMMUNITY-BASED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TEAM WITH CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND SYSTEMS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE DEVELOP THE PLANNING SYSTEM TO GENERATE INFORMATION NEEDED TO SELECT THE BEST PROGRAMS FOR DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS, DEVELOP PLANS FOR DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS AND FOR NECESSARY PROJECT FUNDS, AND EVALUATE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMS TO GENERATE INFORMATION NEEDED TO SELECT THE BEST PROGRAMS FOR SYSTEM WIDE IMPLEMENTATION.
