Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2018, $957,325)
This proposal seeks to evaluate the Development Reentry for Emerging Adult Management (DREAM) program in the Rockdale County (GA) Jail. The proposed evaluation includes full process, impact and cost studies. The impact study will use a randomized-controlled trial (RCT). Primary evaluation outcomes will be in-facility infractions and recidivism up to a year post-release. The outcomes will be assessed with both administrative data and participant interviews.
