The Denver Police Department Crime Laboratory's Forensic Biology/DNA Section is seeking federal support for the continuation of Denver's Integrated Cold Case Project. Their program is recognized as a national model for cold case investigation. The goal with this award is to retain two full-time contract Forensic Biologists and one DNA analyst. Denver is a leader in cold case investigation and prosecution and expanding the use of forensic DNA to improve public safety.
