The Southeast Missouri Crime Laboratory proposal will be used to upgrade space within the present facility to enhance the capabilities and capacity of the crime laboratory facilities. These upgrades to the industrial system will increase security and allow crime lab personnel to work more effectively with law enforcement personnel to improve the collection and preservation of evidence.
