Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2003, $248,375)
The Texas Tech Institute of Forensic Scences will establish onsite toxicology capabilities in order to improve costs and response time as well as provide educational and research opportunities. The Institute will also develop a video communication system that is capable of providing realtime observation of autopsy services and training oppotrunities in forensic sciences.
