The investigators plan to document use of Less-Than-Lethal confrontations through on-site participation at confrontations. The report to be delivered will include: 1) the proportion of suspects who sustain injuries after use of less than lethal weapons during their apprehension by law enforcement officers, and 2) the severity pattern of those injuries documented by medical doctors. ca/ncf
