- 5% foods
Product counterfeiting offenders –
- 85% male
- 56% white
- 67% incarcerated
- Average 39 years of age
Product counterfeiting victims –
- 63% are trademark owners
- 56% from the electronics industry
- 37% are individual consumer victims
