Exhibit 3: Distance From International Terrorist Residence to Target

From the article "A Look at Terrorist Behavior: How They Prepare, Where They Strike," July 14, 2008.

A linear analysis of the distance from the residences of 49 international terrorists to their targets shows that 59 percent of the international terrorists lived zero to 30 miles away from their targets; 17 percent lived 31 to 90 miles away from their targets; eight percent lived 91 to 270 miles away from their targets; 12 percent lived 271 to 810 miles away from their targets; and four percent lived 811 to 2,430 miles away from their targets.
