Annotation

This bibliography of approximately 680 publications issued after 1965 lists works on caseload and delay problems in State appellate courts, especially writings that focus on methods of dealing with the problems.

Abstract

Works include all books, articles, and reports that give more than passing reference to the topic. There are no texts of statutes, court rules, or court annual reports. The first section lists general writings that pertain to more than one State. Subsequent sections list writings about particular States under each State's name. There is no topical listing.
