Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2019, $1,500,000)
The Hudson Institute will appoint members to, as well as host, support, and monitor the activities of, the Independent Review Committee (IRC) per the First Step Act in order to ensure that the IRC assists the Attorney General in carrying out the Attorney Generals duties under 18 U.S.C. 3631(b), 3632, and 3633, as added by section 101(a) of this Act.
Note: This project contains a research and/or development component, as defined in applicable law," and complies with Part 200 Uniform Requirements - 2 CFR 200.210(a)(14).
