This grant for the interagency collaboration between the Minnesota Board of Public Defense (the fiscal agent), the Office of the Hennepin County Attorney, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Innocence Project of Minnesota. These agencies have partnered together to form the Minnesota Justice Coalition: Postconviction DNA Testing Initiative.
