Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2010, $525,058)
Funding provided through the NIJ Using DNA Technology to Identify the Missing Program Grant would allow for the continuation of the 2009 collaborative approach taken by the Maricopa and Pima County Medical Examiners Offices in conjunction with other counties to use DNA analysis to help identify the 730 sets of unidentified remains state wide.
