The Ventura County District Attorney's DNA Cold Case program will evaluate and solve cold case homicides in Ventura County with the aid of DNA. The program will pay for one District Attorney Investigator and two extra-help District Attorney Investigators to conduct reviews of cold cases for the presence of DNA, conduct follow-up investigations and prepare cases for trial.
