The proposal seeks to develop a rural crime laboratory to service some of the most basic forensic needs of law enforcement agencies working in the ten county area surrounding Huntsville, Texas. The proposed laboratory will provide services to local law enforcement such as identification of controlled substances, toxicology screening, and latent fingerprint analysis.
