This project will investigate how multiple biometric technologies can together be made a more effective tool to address many criminal justice needs. GE is developing quality metrics that are predictive of biometric matching algorithms to address the challenge. The predictive quality metrics will allow for future development and evaluation of technologies for use by local law enforcement agencies to combat terrorism and other types of crimes.
