The VCPI will use their existing curriculum, Cold Case Analysis for Law Enforcement and Prosecutors, to deliver two (2), four day regional cold case trainings to approximately 320 attendees. These trainings will be enhanced by the use of a Virtual Case File Simulator which will be used by the attendees to enhance their skill development in the area of cold case investigations using case scenarios.
