Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2006, $341,261)
Raytheon proposes a novel approach to address Concealed Weapons Detection (CWD), using high sensitivity sub-millimeter-wave (mmW) detectors integrated onto CMOS circuits. The proposed effort for this program is a continuation of their mmW development and will use existing assets and test equipment to the greatest extent possible.
