Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2004, $419,759)
This effort will support the prior-funded work by the US Navy and ongoing work funded by the University of New Hampshire to build and test a brassboard multi-wave dazzler (ColorDazl). The US Army ARDEC Behavioral Response Laboratory will prepare and have approved a test protocol to allow the ColorDazl to be tested for effectiveness.
